Members aren't validating automatically

enter image description hereI finally have members joining but they are getting an error message that they aren't validated. I set up the SMTP but it's not working.

It turns out the hosting company had an issue and had misconfigured the server. They finally fixed it. My mail.domain.com should have been acclain.nsjet.com. Nowhere on their site does it say this... Now everything is matching. The software works correctly. Thank you for your assistance. You are all awesome!

Okay,
before guessing into blue any further, please install the System Info component and provide the list of open ports.
This way we'll get an idea whether there are any SMTP servers listening on your machine at all.

Put Secure SSL/TSL Setting Port 465 in port section then see

If ur site is "indigomagick.com" so put in your mail server section "mail.indigomagick.com" see what u written in mail server section. make sure your port is correct
