Meu sistema está mostrando apenas emojins, não aparece nada no site. Já tentei usar outro navegador e outro computador, mas aparece a mesma coisa.

can you please tell what you did BEFORE disabling/enabling Ossn cache?
I mean, normally there isn't any good reason to do so - except you applied some changes to Ossn.

You have issue with your system file permissions. A quick fix is to go to phpmyadmin and site_settings table set cache to 0 after that to debug issue
Download https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/component/view/1963/system-info from tools copy verifyperms.php and place that file in root of your website and run http://nerdspace.thats.im/social/verifyperms.php

Isso ocorreu depois que eu desativei e reativei o cache na página do administrador.
