I want to disable all the languages except English in ossn and also tinymce.
After that wanted to enable few languages "hi", "ml" and "ta". Please help. Thank You.

Removing all the other language files and adding new ones fixed the issue. Remember to remove all the unwanted language files ossn.xx.php (where xx is the language code) from locale directories including the component locales.
To be on the safer side I renamed them to a different format ossn.de_notrequired.php, instead of deleting.
