I was wondering what 3rd party video platforms are supported other than youtube? I tried bitchute and oddesy but they only show as links and not a player. I can't find the answer on the site. Thanks.

Please see https://github.com/opensource-socialnetwork/opensource-socialnetwork/issues/1957

It tested with vimeo, dailymotion, metacafe, youtube it works fine then only problem with metacafe was it was loading non secure URL which was blocked on the sites using HTTPS this bug is fixed.

Below is screenshot from our demo site! So basically 3 is working, you need to share a direct video URL not any html/js code.

Tom,
the only currently working alternative I found is Vimeo.
I remember there were more platforms in the past like metacafe and dailymotion, but obviously they've changed their embedding method in the meantime and that's why Ossn doesn't recognize them. I'm sure this will be fixed with the next Ossn release.
