Video calling API approval

How long does it take to get API approval?
I followed the steps given by Arsalan Shah exactly.
It's been over an hour but it still says pending approval. Did I miss something or am i just impatient?

Its entirely up to the provider to approve or reject. Its weekend and you should ask them about it.
For any query relates to 3rd party services please contact the company directly.
