To use Google AdSense

Mary Greg Posted in Component Development 3 years ago

How can use Google Adsense banner widget codes in the right side of the page ?
If there is no yet such opportunity, then is there anyone here who can create it in the future?

@Joseph, it makes sense to look community as if it is required it must be around here on community https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/components/all

Yes, the TouchScreenCoverImageDragging component is lacking, but from where can I download it please?

Hello Joseph,
Every Ossn theme and component has a Requirements section.
The idea behind is: To list any other parts of Ossn the theme/component is depending on.
In your case:

  • an installed Ossn version which is equal or greater than 5.5
  • an installed and enabled TouchScreenCoverImageDragging component equal or greater than 1.2
  • a not installed or disabled Fancybox component

One of these 3 requirements (marked red) is not fullfilled, that's why theme can't be enabled.

Hi ~Z~ Man,

I have downloaded and installed the Green by Green theme. However, I cannot enable it, because its "Enable" button is missing! (Please note screenshot hereunder, thanks.)

Thank you for your suggestion, ~Z~ Man.

From where can I download the GreenByGreen theme, please?

By the way, could you please additionally kindly confirm if you have received my friendship request via this social network forum?

Thank you very much for your feedback, Joseph.

I have verified that and can confirm:
The Html sidebar strips any Javascript - at least if you're using the GoBlue Theme ...
I didn't test the others.

As a workaround,
you may temporarely switch to my GreenByGreen theme, enter and save your code, and then switch back to the theme you're regularly using.

Nevertheless, with every extra script it's not guaranteed that it will really fit ... in this case you'll get

so you might need to add some extra formatting code

@~Z~ Man:

For example, I have added the following code in source view:

<div><script src="https://cdn.htmlgames.com/embed.js?game=PirateBubbles&bgcolor=white"</script></div>

However on pressing 'Save', the code for some reason was changed to:

<div> </div>

and there was no effect in the website.

Okay,
so my question goes to Joseph again:
What exactly did you enter and what did you get in the end?
