When a person reports a post, I get a blank page saying Not Allowed. Does anyone else get this?

Ok after lots of discussions with the Hosting (HostGator) They solved this by whitelisting all ISP's in rules to certain countries I deal with. Surprised they did this, but another reason I like them. It now works for all my people.
