i cant intal all the component that i downloaded from OSSN site,my ossn just done intaled with 2,3 version, the message always Cannot install component! Make sure it is a valid package, please help asap. thanks

2.3 Component installer have issue with extracting few zip files we have fix this in v3.0-development:

You can't install language packs using component installer.

Be aware, that not every package in the component store is in fact a component. There are language packs for instance which have to be extracted to your OSSN installation tree manually. If you are a little more precise about what's going wrong there'll be a much better chance to get help.
