I want to insert a pull to refresh function for the PWA so users can easily refresh the site.
How can I realize that?

I am sorry I am not experienced in PWA , yo u may get useful information about PWA on https://web.dev/progressive-web-apps/ . You may also add a JS function to reload page after every 1 minute or 5 minutes ? if this is what you want.
