v3.0 beta has been released, with many changes, you can download it form here.
Please note that its not stable version, the stable version is still v2.3.
Test v3.0 beta on development website only and report bugs only on github repository
FAQS:
Ossn v3.0 stable version will be released on 10th August 2015.

You have to move few files from 2.x components to new component/name/plugins
I'll explain soon about how to migrate , it will be easy.

2.X plugins will not work for 3.x

@George, only the admin panel is responsive, i tried to make front end responsive but i realized that it takes much time, so in the v3.0 only admin panel is responsive.

Arsalan, is ossn v3.0 going to be mobile responsive
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
