Assistance needed urgently

I deleted some folders on my home directory, i thought someone was hotlinking my bandbidth, under which i can no longer log into my website even after recovering the folders i deleted, i still get the below errors if i try to login. kindly help if you can

Its kind of issue with your cpanel account you have deleted cpanel files maybe. Did u deleted files from home directory or from public_html?

If you have backups upload them to your server

I already recovered deleted files but the error is still on

KIndly help on how i can make ossn back on track

Sorry, can't follow.
You deleted some files/folders in order to prevent hotlinking. Okay.
But how do you expect OSSN to keep on running if essential parts are missing?
And how do you think hotlinking will stop if those files and folders are back in place now?

I cant log into my admin panel..

I can only log into my cpanel

Go to admin panel and basic settings and disable error reporting.

How do i restart my web server?

By the way, have seen there's an existing folder by the name "tmp" in home

Try to create a directory named 'tmp' in home
