Okay, the kind of sharing you are looking for is managed by Openteknik's https://www.openteknik.com/product/view/369/share-post component.

However, this component needs the "Like Comment ..." line below a post to insert its own"Share" link, and a Blog's wall post simply does not have such a line. That's why there's currently no 'elegant' way.

Whenever you create a new blog, an accompanying post gets created on the newsfeed automatically like

Any other member will notice this entry, so why do you need some extra 'sharing'?
