Open Source Social Network (Ossn) Version 8.2/8.3 has been released you can check the changes on github

If you have website with large database example around million users the upgrade script may take some time to finish as this release have major database changes.

After following update guidelines and when you reach upgrade.php part you may use CLI (instead of running upgrade.php from browser) for large updates. (Making sure you do backup of everything)

/usr/bin/php system/handlers/cli --handler=upgrade --username=youradminuser --password=youradminpassword

Here some other CLI commands introduced

/usr/bin/php system/handlers/cli --handler=DoNotDisplayErrors
/usr/bin/php system/handlers/cli --handler=DisplayErrors
/usr/bin/php system/handlers/cli --handler=DisableCache
/usr/bin/php system/handlers/cli --handler=EnableCache
/usr/bin/php system/handlers/cli --handler=resetpassword --username=dummyuser --password=dummyuser

CLI commands will only work if OSSN is running free of error.
