Email Template is not working

I just purchased this email template and cannot use it. Don't get mad at me Arsalan, because openteknik don't work on a Sunday for support. That's why I'm posting this here. Maybe someone in the community who has the email template working already can assist me. Because this is the only thing I'm getting. Just a BLANK box
How do I create a new post? I can't seem to find the link I can only comment on existing posts.

After enabling a component try to reset your password and see how email looks. The component has been enabled but WHY do I need to reset my password. Never had to reset my password for any other components? You speak as if there is a component that sends emails to our users from the Admin Dashboard.
I've done all that...the script has a lot of errors in it. parts of it in the body that should be in the (head). Can a HTML page have more than 1 Header? If it cannot please look at the text file that I will send it via email. The OSSN header finishes at Line 126 and another Header starts at Line 201, and everything below that header gets completely ignored. This script has some really cool features if the header(s) can get sorted out.
I copy and pasted the entire view-page source so you can see how it looks.
I know you can fix it Arsalan :-)...have you even used or looked at the script for this component? Oh Bummer only images !
Hi Helen, did you enabled the component? It just make your emails that sends to user a different look.
