Having trouble creating accounts?

Is anyone else having trouble creating new user accounts from their homepage with the latest OSSN Version? The box for the terms and conditions is not working. And the SimplifiedLogin isn't working either. Always an error message showing telephone number is not valid, even though there is no telephone number field in the signup form. All just a bit too weird.
omg!! I found out what was wrong. I just disabled Christmas Snow Fall component and now everything works fine now.
The create an account button on the create an account page is not working or has been disabled. Even the links in the footer are not clickable (only on the create an account page). The links are clickable if I'm just logging in.
Hi Arsalan. I disable and deleted the simplified login component and still cannot create a new user account.

Also with the White Theme, the create an account option does not show up unless you click on the website logo. I don't know if this is happening with other themes or other OSSN users. Because I noticed a drop-off in sign ups. So naturally I was wondering what was happening until I tried testing the signup page for myself and discovered all these issues. Just saying
