Somone is Spamming on my site and I want to block them.

Some one is spamming the social media site with information not appropriate, I deleted that account but they were able to sign back up is there any way to find the ip address and block by ip or block that person by email?

Since you are using paid version,
If they are using same email you can ban that user by going to profile and click drop-down icon near message button and click Ban user (not block)
