Has anyone generated mobile wrapper and implemented push notifications for Android and iOS using wrapply solution

Przemysław Baran Posted in General Discussion 1 day ago

Has anyone successfully generated a Flutter mobile wrapper (Android and iOS) with working push notifications using this solution:

https://wrapply.jart.app/

Simple question: is it possible to build a real, working wrapper with push notifications for both Android and iOS using this tool?

Can firebase work with ossn on ios?

You need to ask them to make it work, as they need to write a component to acheive what they need.

Besides that we have iOS version too that supports push notifications.

Can firebase work with ossn on ios?

Hello Przemyslaw,

Thank you for testing our solution and for sharing your feedback.

The generated PWA allows you to install your website directly from the browser and is fully compatible with all major browsers. Push notifications are already prepared, but they need to be connected to a Firebase server. In the downloadable code package, you will find the preconfigured setup and instructions to enable them.

Regarding iOS: the downloadable source code is fully compliant with Apple’s guidelines.

Here is an example of a compliant iOS build generated with Wrapply : https://apps.apple.com/au/app/inwave-ihms/id6751748887.

We offer different solutions:

Managed publishing – we take care of publishing both the PWA and the iOS build, as well as handling the App Store listing and Apple’s requirements. In this case, we can integrate notifications, customize the experience, and even create a dedicated page for simplified notification sending – available at €39.99/month.

Code customization – we prepare a customized code package for PWA + iOS with notification handling and instructions for Firebase configuration – available at €69.99 one-time.

Please note that in order to publish on the App Store, you need to have an Apple Developer account (annual cost $99) and compile the build via Xcode using the signing certificates linked to your account.

Let us know which option you prefer.

Best regards,
Giacomo
