i think i found my problem, 9.11 was fine 10. was wrong but got there made group component
after disable the look was good again

I think it is fine with fresh install. But all of mine are updated from very early versions throughout the years.

Eric i mean since you also reported i did test installation again and provided you , do you face same issue on test installation i provided?

Try to delete groups component and add again from zip file? As Eric also mentoned i did fresh installation here

Could it have something to do with mine being an update from v9.11? I haven't done a fresh install since the world was young.

I have tested with fresh installation of 10 and with and without chat enabled and loggedin and logged of it works fine for me.

Forgot to add the obvious: Desktop. ANY browser.
