Beeing found on search engines

What would be nice is that Groups, pages etc can be found on an search engine.

if i type an city name the Facebook group pops up, but nothing from the ossn made

Signup for Google Search Console. <- this is must! https://search.google.com/search-console/about
Add your website and verify it.
Then use tools like Sitemaps generator and generate .xml file for https://justbsocial.eu/ and then publish it on google search console sitemaps
