@Ozcan Karabulut, as Zet Man said, we can't fix this issue, this is something that your hosting provider can only fix it.

Talking about mail, there has nothing to be fixed from the OSSN side.
If your server's IP address is banned/blacklisted for some reason you should contact your internet provider or perhaps reach out for a more reliable one. :)

i think theyre going to do a fix in v2. Should be out in January ;)
