Why is confirmation email always go to spam folders?

I raised a question about confirmation message not sending to new members on registration, and syed answered me.
But now. I want to know the reason why confirmation email always go to spam folders? And how can i configure it so that it will be forced into the inbox of users,

A lot of cheap or free hosting companies are blacklisted because they are known for sending spam to the masses. I'm afraid the only way to 'configure' will be changing your provider.
