We working on new responsive theme and there is no ETA. Should be part of core in future releases.

I was hoping it would be available sooner than that but I will have to wait. I am not starting my community registration until then. The members are ones of daily mobile device usage, not computers so it's very crucial that it's responsive. Thanks.
