Im not sure why but i just cant install Component
Error: Cannot upload component, make sure it is a valid package.
and i downloaded from you..

Hi everyone i use ossn5.2 i try install bio plugin and text support area plugin but get error of Cannot upload component, make sure it is a valid package. anyone can help me

Hello everybody,
I have got the same problem uploading tetris Cannot upload component, make sure it is a valid package.
I have to install it manually? Or eventually where can I increase the upload file size? I run the 3.9 version.

Check the size of the zip package you were trying to install.
Are you able to upload any pictures of similar size to your photo album?
