localhost is no URL, it's a common standard name for every machine's internal communication channel - in this case necessary for OSSN to connect to the database.
Simply enter the word localhost here.

@Arsalan Shah
my hosting provider, HostGator tells me to write Localhost, but the problem capacity continues.
In your case you wrote in that box?

@Felix alejandro, please don't use abusive language over here. That error mean the database host you entered is incorrect. Its usually localhost or leave it blank. If it still didn't work contact your hosting provider to find correct database host.

Hello.
I do not quite understand what they mean. Even I can not fix the problem.

My site URL is: http://valenetwork.com/facebuk/
My Data Directory is: /home3/felix22/valenetwork.com/ossn_data/

as it should be?

Yes,
1.) you have to create a directory "ossn_data" by yourself with your FTP utility or your provider's filemanager.
2.) make sure, this directory is created outside of your OSSN installation (you called it "root domain")
