i read the steps for configuration well but i do not think so, if you don't think then why you are following the topic? If you wanted to follow the guidelines then please do what is asked.

Upload the configuration directory wont effect your website, if you compare the number of files in new package you download it have less files then the configuration folder you have in your website.

It won't effect your website if you replace old files with new files (from zip package you download from our website)
