Is it possible to have the option to add TINYMCE editor to the blog feature?

Of course.
Ossn is open source, hence basically you have any option - as long as your code is license compliant. See https://github.com/opensource-socialnetwork/opensource-socialnetwork/blob/v5.x/LICENSE.txt
