Before you anything I know for any premium related enquirers I go contact softlab24 and I did they didn't help and I want to have my site working now. Right now at socialfeed.club where my ossn site is I can't use premuim features. The theme went from green to blue and I don't know why. Can it be fixed. It isn't the same issue as before

they are not reply right now and I gave them my details they are having bad support and i need my back the way it was.

I have contacted them today but no reply will contact soon again on the site
some one on my site named Malik Umer contacted me. Is he here to fix the site ?
If I also upgrade to it's latest verison will it preform faster. I am using A2 hosting on turbo

I haven't edited any files EVER

Did you tried to modify any of the files? can you install system info component? https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/component/view/1963/system-info
