Please read the Ossn upgrading instructions (again) :

Nowhere does it say that the zip archive has to be uploaded to the server.
Simply unpack the archive locally and upload the files to the server individually.
Aside from that: You won't be happy running Ossn on a free service anyway because the available resources are rather limited with these kind of providers.

I AM USING OSSN 4,6 VERISION. I HOSTED MY SITE USING FREE HOSTING SITE[https://infinityfree.net/] THEY NOW DON'T SUPPORT TO UPLOAD .ZIP FILES.CAN YOU ADD AN UPGRADE TO LATEST VERISION BUTTON TO ADMIN PAGE..................................
