Why don't you simply follow the advice I posted 3 days ago?

I' am also in trouble, Softaculous automatically tried to update my ossn install. Now I cannot log login to my site, socialhobo.com. Softaculous message said i had one more step to complete the update and provided a link that took me to socailhobo.com/administrator. I clicked the link and It just shows a white blank screen with no errors. I am not sure if I even have a ossn backup, my hosting provider says they can't find one on my server. They maxed out the php then brought it back down which did not work. They did point me to this in my errorlog->
PHP WARNING: 2021-02-12 19:36:16 (UTC): "Constants may only evaluate to scalar values" in file /...socialhobo.com/components/OssnPostBackground/ossn
com.php (line 68)

Does anyone have a clue as to what happend? Is my ossn and data base done for?

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

yes you restore your backup and there is no more http https if many servers do not like it or are too old

Backup mean ossn zip file??

Of course.
If you have made a backup of your ossn site directory and data directory by means of a FTP/SCP tool,
simply use the same tool to copy the saved files back in place.
