Simply goto /themes/default/page/layout/newsfeed.php
add your adsense 160x600 code after this
echo implode('', $newsfeed_left);
}
?>
your ads show on newsfeed's left side.
and if you also want to add your adsense code right below OSSN adds or right side of newsfeed, simply add code after
echo implode('', $newsfeed_right);
}
?>
