The prerequisites all showed in green good to go. Installed on Apache server using MySQL database. Still have the error. We run WordPress on this server so it should be compatible. What could be the issue here?

Yes we are using cpanel 98.0.6

Can you tell me if you are using any kind of panel? like cpanel, plesk? before I offer in help to look into the issue :)

System is installed, cant log in to admin or see front end so I cant install anything.
I will try the test tools as soon as I have time if I can figure it out.

If your website is not working at all and the error appeared in middle please use CASE B
if your website is installed and you reached admin panel use case A
