Is it possible to allow visitors to see the site without having to register or log in?
I would like people to come in and see what the site is all about and then, if they want to comment on a post or create a post, they would only then be required to create an account.
I know this would not work for a majority of sites. It's just that for my site, the mission of the site is to help people and to inspire them. To share a ray of hope to those that need it most. I don't want them to have to log in just to be encouraged.
The problem is... (and it is a BIG PROBLEM)... people are reluctant to join a new site. People are so afraid of giving out personal info and being scammed at every turn of their daily lives. They are truly skiddish (rightfully so), and skeptical of signing up here or there. ( I don't want to know that they are male or female, their birthdate, or if they are this way or that... those things do not matter for my purpose).
My objective is to let people know that in the short time from the cradle to the grave, they can learn to love the moments in life. Because that is ultimately all we have.
I just have to figure out a way to let them in.
