hello I want to know how do I disable account creation or to allow people to view all posts without having to log into an account

Take a look into OSSN components page https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/components/all or openteknik's component list https://www.openteknik.com/products/all. It will help improve your OSSN.
For your demand, disable signup component
