Create a zip archive of your translated files reflecting the Ossn directory structure (see other language packs for example)
then create a new component (see https://www.opensource-socialnetwork.org/wiki/view/2022/how-to-publish-a-component) and upload your archive.
And many thanks for making another translation available.

Which language are you missing concretely?
