CHANGE OSSN HEADER WITH AN IMAGE, OR WHERE IS INSTALLATION FOLDER GOES

How can i change ossn-header with an image? Cause in my cpanel installation folder was gone... and i didnt know where it goes.. and i cant find file ossn.default.css

the location of the css directory is:
ossn/themes/YOUR\_SELECTED\_THEME/plugins/default/css/
