I read all the comments, discussion here and come up with conclusion that we'll not comment on this matter because here both parties have good reasons for each other.

I suggest that both parties should consider looking into this matter keeping each other point of view. Bansh33 look this according to Scott Point of view and Scott should looks according to Bansh33 point of view.
