Who Is Online let's people see my full name.

Hi there. Who is online component works well but there is only one problem. People can see my name/surname instead of the nickname. Does any of you know how to fix this issue ? Thanks in Advance.

Is there any way that we can put this list of who is online in a page block similar to the newest members component... some guidance on positioning of page features would be awesome. ;)
