My Ticket was being closed and i don't see any button for a new ticket. It's a question about a bought component.

Well it make sense to use the contact form. It will create a new ticket for you.
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
