Friends only posts show on non-friends timelines

Noticed that the "friends only" posts are showing on the timelines of non-friends. Recently changed the wall settings to show all network posts and now I'm having this issue. When visiting the profile of non-friends the posts do not show.

The friends only posts will be shows to admins, further the admins posts shows to all users even if it set friends-only.

So :

Admin can view all site posts even non-friends.
Other users can view admin posts.
Non admin users can only view friends post (if set to friends post only settings).
Non admin users can view all public posts.
