I played around with the /vendors/datetime/js/*.js and /vendors/datetime/css/*.css but didnt get it, how and what to change.
I need the timepicker in 24hr-format and the date in dd.mm.yyyy.

If you are talking about the premium Events component just create a support ticket on the softlab24.com site and Im betting they can help guide you on if there is a right way to do this. Im sure many of us here could help but since its not really our code and it is paid for its probably not something we should be diving into and posting code changes about
