I cannot include an image in the comments.
the icon allows you to select and display the image, but it is impossible for me to submit.
Normal or bad configuration on my part?

I cannot reproduce your issue.
You have 2 choices:
1. select the image first, then write your comment and press ENTER when you're done
2. write your comment first, then select the image, and back in the comment field press ENTER
Please read the "How-to-report-a-bug" and provide more details like Ossn version, theme in use, device, browser, etc.
