The OssnPhotos 5.3 component offers the ability to disable uploading photos (I think aside from the cover photo and prof. pic) but the buttons aren't removed when the component is disabled. It just disables it without actually changing anything else, the buttons just become useless and would confuse users.
How would I remove the buttons themselves?

Disabling polls, events removes those buttons but the images button with post, comments comes with Wall and Comments component, to change it you need to edit those components.

After much searching I was eventually able to locate the lines I needed to remove.
