UTF8 encoding problem in the like area

It seems that there is an encoding problem with the French translation in the like area.

Smaller satellites are also used for weather observation purposes, as they will be able to tell you the weather conditions in a certain area before it happens as well. For learn more about this topic read Orbital Today reports, more in latest space news.

Disable Ossn cache
Open components/OssnLikes/locale/ossn.fr.php with Notepad++ editor
Use Encoding -> Convert to UTF-8
Save
Enable Ossn cache
