Any help how to add an Option in the footer where people can Select Arabic/English. in the site before they register or login ?

Premium Version is available from softlab24. You have to pay for it.

You might want to look into the language selector module (probably with softlab24). That adds language selection to the header, but not the footer. Functionally, it works well but the location of the dropdown would be better if placed well in the layout (something to improve upon).
Due to the many requests in the past for additonal features and components we have decided to develope a premium version. Features like Hashtags, Videos, Polls, Events, Stories, Link Preview, etc included in it.
