Why is it with my site facesplash.org I cant login with chrome but i can log in using edge, Firefox, and any other browser

Most likely because Chrome is more restrictive when it comes to sending unencrypted login credentials over the internet. Which is in fact no good idea. Switching your site to https should solve the issue.
