How to change SideBar Menu

can someone point me in the direction on where to find out how to change the labels on the sidebar menu. I'm wanting to just change how they are Labeled.

Ex: Business Page I wan to change it to Collections

In langauge files go to components/name of component/locale/ossn.en.php
