Hi everyone, is there any thing that I need to change in the code or setting for sending verification as soon as registered a user ?

No,
Ossn is sending its mails immediately. But some providers may process sending/receiving in fixed intervals which results in delays like that.
If you experience the delay in sending, you can try the SMTP component as a substitute, see
