the best way is just to talk to people on this board and state in your profile that you're a developer who is available to create custom components for people. tbh, there are not a whole lot of developers familiar with Ossn, so most people who are looking to pay for custom component development will usually ask on this board. I'm another developer who frequently does custom OSSN-related work - I've met and done work for quite a large number of people over the past couple of years, all of whom I connected with first on this board, and then via email for further discussion about their needs.

If this is usecase you can just go ahead and sell your own custom work.

You can not sell the components that your purchased from anyone, but you can sell your own stuff.
