Help with the GreenByGreen Theme

Hey, I downloaded and installed the GreenByGreen theme. But it says this is disabled so I cannot enable theme: TouchScreenCoverImageDragging component

How do i fix this?

darkmode.css
frontpage.css

I like all the themes on this site but have anyone had any ideas to make a theme that look and runs like Instagram or twitter
